Miami Zoo (also known as The Miami-Dade Zoological Park and Gardens) is the largest and oldest zoological garden in Florida and the only sub-tropical zoo in the continental United States. Opened in 1948 at Crandon Park, Key Biscayne, in 1980 it relocated to the former grounds of the Richmond Naval Air Station. It features over 3,000 animals, 1,200 trees and plants, covers an area of 750 acres (300 ha), and has over 100 separate exhibits.

Zoo Miami’s lush, tropical, open-air exhibits replicate the animals’ natural habitats and allow you to enjoy beautiful and endangered wildlife at a safe, yet remarkably close range.
Location: Zoo Miami, 12400 SW 152nd St, Miami, FL 33177, United States
If you are in Miami, I suggest you visit the zoo. The zoo is located in a really beautiful place. People visit this place because of the location, variety of animals, wildlife environment, opportunities to feed animals, etc.
